Ingredients

  • 250 g - lady's fingers
  • 1 - chopped Onion
  • 1 - chopped Tomato
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Capsicum
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp - carom
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - cooking oil
  • How to Make Bhindi Milizuli:

    1. Wash lady's fingers and pat-dry it.
    2. Trim them from the ends and cross-cut to make medium-thick diagonal pieces.
    3. Heat oil and splutter cumin seeds along with carom.
    4. Once they stop spluttering, add garlic paste and chopped onion, saute it for a minute and add tomatoes.
    5. To this add capsicum, cook it for one more minute and finally add lady's finger with sour cream, salt and turmeric powder.
    6. Give a quick toss and cook it uncovered for around 15 mins.
