Ingredients

  • 4 slices - bread
  • 1 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup - thin Haldi bhujia
  • 1 - chopped Onions
  • Butter to spread
  • Black pepper, a pinch
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Bhujia Bread

  • Spread butter on all the bread slices.
  • Take the 2 slices of bread and spread chilli sauce on one piece and tomato sauce on the other.
  • Put chopped onions and thin bhujia on it. Sprinkle black pepper and salt according to taste.
  • Cover with the other bread slice and put them on bread sandwich toaster or shallow fry in a pan.
  • Add oil or butter while cooking.
  • Repeat this process with the other bread slices.
