Ingredients

  • 3-5 lbs goat Meat
  • 2-3 - large Tomatoes
  • 1-3 tsp - amchur
  • 1 tsp - Dhania (coriander) powder
  • 1 - large diced Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Marinade ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp - yogurt
  • 1 tbsp - minced Ginger
  • 1 tbsp - minced Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli pepper
  • How to Make Bhuna Ghosht in Worcestershire sauce:

    1. Marinate goat meat in marinade ingredients overnight.
    2. Cook in pressure cooker for 10-15 minutes on high setting.
    3. Do not add water while cooking.
    4. If meat is not tender, cook longer. Take off lid and cook to reduce liquid.
    5. Add a small amount of oil to the cooker.
    6. Add chopped tomatoes and onions.
    7. Cook on medium to low heat until meat is soft and tomatoes and onions are brown.
    8. Add amchur, salt and dhania. If desired, add more red pepper.
    9. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
