Ingredients

  • 1 kg - bimbli
  • 2 cups - water
  • 1/2 cup - salt powdered
  • 50 gms - Kashmiri chilli
  • 50 gms - chillies
  • 100 gms - Mustard Seed

How to Make Bimblin Pickle

  • Wash, dry and cut bimblis.
  • Boil water with salt till it reduces to 3/4 quantity.
  • Roast chillies and mustard.
  • After it has cooled, grind the chillies and mustard.
  • Mix this masala with the bimblis.
  • Add more of the salt water till it coats all the bimblis.
  • Store in air-tight bottles. Keeps fresh for a long time.
