  • 2 - potatoes
  • 1 cup - green peas
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - finely chopped green chillies
  • 4 tbsp - maida
  • 1 cup - roasted vermicelli
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Bird's Nest

  • Boil and mash the potatoes. Boil the peas and grind it coarsely in a mixer. Add cheese, green chillies and salt.
  • Make small balls of the mixture.
  • Make a batter of maida.
  • Dip the balls in the maida, roll it in the vermicelli and deep fry in oil.
