Ingredients

  • Crack-jack biscuit - 1 packet
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Sugar - 60 g
  • Custard powder - 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup

How to Make Biscuit Pudding

  • Prepare the custard by cooking butter, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Cool.
  • In a tray, arrange 2 biscuits each in a row.
  • Pour the custard mixture on the top of it.
  • Sprinkle cashews and refrigerate.
  • Serve chilled.
