Ingredients

  • 10 or 12 - Bitter gourd
  • 2 tsp - Gram flour
  • 1 tsp - Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Bitter Gourd Fry

  • Cut the bitter gourd into rounds pieces. Remove the seeds.
  • Add salt, chilli powder, gram flour to the bitter gourd and sprinkle some water.
  • Mix well until the bitter gourd is well coated.
  • Deep fry one hand full at a time.
  • Transfer the fried bitter gourd to a paper towel, to remove excess oil.
  • It goes very well with Sambar and Rice.
