Ingredients

  • 10 or 12 - Bitter gourd
  • 2 tsp - Gram flour
  • 1 tsp - Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Bitter Gourd Fry:

    1. Cut the bitter gourd into rounds pieces. Remove the seeds.
    2. Add salt, chilli powder, gram flour to the bitter gourd and sprinkle some water.
    3. Mix well until the bitter gourd is well coated.
    4. Deep fry one hand full at a time.
    5. Transfer the fried bitter gourd to a paper towel, to remove excess oil.
    6. It goes very well with Sambar and Rice.
