  • Bitter gourd
  • Shallots
  • Green chillies
  • 3 eggs
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Bitter gourd omelette:

    1. Cut bitter gourd into 2 halves, remove seeds, Shred the bitter gourd.
    2. Heat, oil, add in shallot, green chillies, cook for a while, add in the shredded bitter gourd, cook.
    3. Then pour in the beaten egg which has been mixed with salt and pepper.
    4. Cook till both sides are cooked.
