How to Make Bitter gourd side dish for rice

  • Slice the bitter gourd into small pieces and soak in lemon juice and salt for 1 hour.
  • Wash well and squeeze out the water.
  • Saute with oil in a non-stick pan until crisp.
  • Remove and drain on tissue paper.
  • Add coconut paste to the yoghurt and beat until smooth.
  • Mix the bitter gourd slices.
  • Heat oil and season with all the ingredients.
  • Pour seasoning into the curd along with sugar and salt.
  • Keep in the fridge.
  • Serve chilled with rice.
