  • 4 - bitter gourd
  • 1 cup - finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

How to Make Bittergourd Curry

  • Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces. Cook them and drain the water.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
  • Add the tomatoes, chilli powder and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the boiled bitter gourd and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice.
