  • 2 cups - Sprouted whole moong
  • 1 cup - Sprouted black-eyes peas (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup - Brown Rice (soaked for two hours)
  • 1/2 cup - Drumstick leaves
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger (minced)
  • Salt
  • How to Make Black-eyed Peas and Drumstick Dosa:

    1. Grind together the sprouted whole moong, sprouted black-eyes peas, brown rice, drumstick leaves, green chillies and minced ginger with sufficient water into a coarse paste and add salt.
    2. Heat a pan or tawa. Pour a ladle of this dosa batter.
    3. Spread the batter as circles.
    4. Drizzle few drops of oil and cook on both sides until they get well cooked.
    5. Serve hot with spicy chutneys.
