  • 2 cups - Sprouted whole moong
  • 1 cup - Sprouted black-eyes peas (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup - Brown rice (soaked for two hours)
  • 1/2 cup - Drumstick leaves
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger (minced)
  • Salt

How to Make Black-eyed Peas and Drumstick Dosa

  • Grind together the sprouted whole moong, sprouted black-eyes peas, brown rice, drumstick leaves, green chillies and minced ginger with sufficient water into a coarse paste and add salt.
  • Heat a pan or tawa. Pour a ladle of this dosa batter.
  • Spread the batter as circles.
  • Drizzle few drops of oil and cook on both sides until they get well cooked.
  • Serve hot with spicy chutneys.
