  • 2 cup - Black gram
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Mango powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Roasted Cumin seeds powder
  • 1 - Small piece of Ginger
  • 2 - Garlic Cloves
  • A few Coriander leaves or Mint leaves
  • 1 tsp - Fresh Coconut (grated)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Black Gram Kebabs:

    1. Soak the gram overnight.
    2. Chop the ginger, garlic, and coriander leaves.
    3. Roast the cumin seeds in a pan without oil and powder it.
    4. Drain the water from the gram.
    5. Grind the soaked black gram without any water along with the ginger and garlic.
    6. Add red chilli powder, mango powder, garam masala, cumin seeds powder, grated coconut, coriander leaves, and some salt, and mix well.
    7. Take a handful of the mixture and shape it into a kebab.
    8. Deep fry in a pan till the kebab is brown.
    9. Serve with sauce or chutneys.
