How to Make Black Gram Kebabs

  • Soak the gram overnight.
  • Chop the ginger, garlic, and coriander leaves.
  • Roast the cumin seeds in a pan without oil and powder it.
  • Drain the water from the gram.
  • Grind the soaked black gram without any water along with the ginger and garlic.
  • Add red chilli powder, mango powder, garam masala, cumin seeds powder, grated coconut, coriander leaves, and some salt, and mix well.
  • Take a handful of the mixture and shape it into a kebab.
  • Deep fry in a pan till the kebab is brown.
  • Serve with sauce or chutneys.
