  • 1 packet - Marie biscuits
  • 2 big chunks of black Jaggery
  • Cashews and Dates (optional)
  • How to Make Black jaggery biscuit cake:

    1. Grind biscuits to a powder and keep it aside.
    2. Crush jaggery into powder and boil with required amount of water. Then strain and cool it.
    3. Add chopped dates and cashews to it.
    4. Cook once more, letting it thicken into a soft dough.
    5. Put the powdered biscuits in a greased cake mould.
    6. Pour the thickened jaggery over it.
    7. Invert and place the upside down biscuit cake on a plate and serve.
