Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Marie biscuits
  • 2 big chunks of black Jaggery
  • Cashews and Dates (optional)

How to Make Black jaggery biscuit cake

  • Grind biscuits to a powder and keep it aside.
  • Crush jaggery into powder and boil with required amount of water. Then strain and cool it.
  • Add chopped dates and cashews to it.
  • Cook once more, letting it thicken into a soft dough.
  • Put the powdered biscuits in a greased cake mould.
  • Pour the thickened jaggery over it.
  • Invert and place the upside down biscuit cake on a plate and serve.
