Ingredients

  • 6 - Chicken wings
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Black Pepper Chicken Wings

  • Marinate the chicken wings with all the above ingredients.
  • Heat sufficient oil in a pan and Deep Fried chicken wings 2 at a time till crisp and golden brown.
  • Serve the chilli sauce.
