Ingredients

  • Chicken - 500 g
  • Turmeric powder - 3 tsps
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsps
  • Onion - 2 medium (finely chopped)
  • Curry leaves - 2 strands
  • Coriander - 1/2 bunch
  • Mint - 1/2 bunch
  • Dry Coconut - 1
  • Pepper Corns - 1 tbsp
  • White Vinegar - 4 tbsps
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp.
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Black Pepper Corn Chicken:

    1. Wash chicken pieces with white vinegar and 1 tsp turmeric powder.
    2. Cut the dry coconut and gently roast it in a pan.
    3. Roast the pepper corns and make a powder of coconut and pepper corns.
    4. Heat oil in the pan, add ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves and onion.
    5. Saute them until mild brown.
    6. Add mint and coriander.
    7. Saute for 30 seconds.
    8. Add chicken, salt and mix them well until all the water evaporates.
    9. Now add the grinded powder and mix well.
    10. Cook the chicken in low heat until it is done.
