Ingredients

  • 1 kg - good fleshy fish cut into thick slices
  • 1 tbsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chillies powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 2 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 8- Curry leaves
  • How to Make Black Pepper Fish Fry:

    1. Marinate the fish slices with the pepper powder, chillies powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, lime juice and curry leaves for about half an hour.
    2. Heat oil in a flat pan or Griddle and shallow fry the marinated fish till brown.
    3. The curry leaves will also shrivel up and give the fish a nice flavour.
    4. Serve with rice or bread.
