  • 1 ½ cups Blackberries
  • 2 tbsp. Apple juice
  • 2-3 tsp.superfine or granulated sugar, to taste
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar

How to Make Blackberry Brulees

  • Place the blackberries, apple juice and sugar in a saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Spoon into 4 ramekins and let cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • Spoon the yoghurt over the blackberries, then sprinkle with the brown sugar.
  • Cover and chill until required.
