How to Make Blue Brinjal Curry

  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the black seeds, mustard, cumin seeds, and garlic for two minutes.
  • Then add chopped onion and tomato and cook.
  • Add a little water and make a juice of the tamarind paste.
  • Add the juice and brinjal into the pan and cook.
  • Add coconut milk and salt, cook till everything is well done.
