How to Make Boat (Bake Semolina Sweet Dish)

  • Roast the semolina in a pan with a little ghee till it gives out a nice aroma.
  • Mix together the semolina, sugar, ghee or butter, eggs, milk and vanilla essence.
  • The mixture should be semi solid.
  • Pour into a greased dish and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
  • Bake in an oven on medium heat for about 30 minutes till slightly brown on top.
