Ingredients

  • 6 - Eggs, hard boiled
  • 4 - Potatoes, boiled
  • 1/2 - Coconut
  • 1 - Medium, onion
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera/Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp - Coriander/Dhania
  • 2 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Methi
  • 1 small ball - Tamarind
  • 3 flakes - garlic
  • 1/2-inch - Ginger
  • 3 - Chillies, Green
  • 2 tbsp - Oil

How to Make Boiled Eggs and Coconut Curry

  • Cut the boiled eggs into halves and the boiled potatoes into 4 parts.
  • Now scrape the coconut, and grind it with the other ingredients into a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the sliced green chillies and onions for the seasoning. Keep aside.
  • Now fry the ground masala in the same oil, and add a little water for the curry, and add salt to taste.
  • Cook until the masala is well mixed.
  • Now add eggs and simmer on slow fire, until the eggs mix well with the curry.
  • Add the seasoning and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve with rice or roti.
