  • 250 g - fresh boiled green gram
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - cucumber
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 tbsp - orange juice
  • salt
  • 1 tsp - black pepper

How to Make Boiled Green Gram Salad

  • Take a bowl, add in the fresh boiled green gram.
  • Add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves and green chilli.
  • Add the orange juice, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
