  • 25 - mangoes (raw)
  • 5 cups - salt crystals

How to Make Boiled Mangoes in Salt

  • Cook mangoes in enough water.
  • Remove the mangoes from water and cool.
  • In 10 cups of water, boil 5 cups of crystal salt. When completely dissolved, cool it well.
  • Place the mangoes in a jar and pour the cold salt water over it.
  • Close and store.
