Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1.5 cups - white Rice
  • 1.5 cups - boiled Rice powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to Make Boiled rice powder dosa

  • Soak the three items in water for about 4 hours.
  • Drain the water and grind the items together to make a smooth batter. Add salt.
  • Heat a tawa and pour out a ladleful of the batter. Spread as thinly as possible. Cook both sides unbtil crisp.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
