  • 1 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1.5 cups - white Rice
  • 1.5 cups - boiled Rice powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • How to Make Boiled rice powder dosa:

    1. Soak the three items in water for about 4 hours.
    2. Drain the water and grind the items together to make a smooth batter. Add salt.
    3. Heat a tawa and pour out a ladleful of the batter. Spread as thinly as possible. Cook both sides unbtil crisp.
    4. Serve hot with chutney.
