How to Make Bombay chutney

  • Chop onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal and let it splutter. Then add onions, green chillies, curry leaves and tomatoes to it and fry it.
  • Mix the besan gram flour with water, adding salt to it. Add this mixture to the pan and allow it to boil till it becomes like a paste.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
