Ingredients

  • 250 g - urad
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 6 coarsely pounded peppercorns
  • 1" piece Ginger
  • a few curry leaves, sliced
  • salt according to taste
  • How to Make Bonda:

    1. Wash and soak in water for 5 hours.
    2. Drain the water and grind to a paste along with chillies.
    3. Mix the rest of the above ingredients.
    4. Heat enough oil and deep fry and drop the paste with the help of a teaspoon in the oil and deep fry to a golden brown colour.
    5. Drain nicely and serve hot with chutney of your choice.
