Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - nengelumbu
  • 1/4 kg - tur dal
  • 10 - Green chillies
  • 4-5 - Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 - onions, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Bone Soup:

    1. Clean and wash the bones.
    2. Wash and soak the dal for 1/2 hour.
    3. Cook the bones with the dal in a pressure cooker (with enough water).
    4. Mix all other items with the cooked bones.
    5. Boil for sometime till everything mixes well.
