Ingredients

  • Chicken- 1/4 kg (boneless)
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1 cup
  • Tomato, finely chopped - 3/4 cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 3 tsp
  • Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • Kesari powder - a pinch
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Ghee or Butter - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves- 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Boneless Butter chicken with Kesari flavor

  • Cut the chicken into very small pieces
  • Mix the chicken, curd, kesari powder and lemon juice in a bowl and marinate for an hour
  • Heat oil In a pan and add ginger-garlic paste, onion, tomato and saute for 1 min
  • Now add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and the marinated chicken and stir well
  • Cook until the chicken is tender
  • Add coriander leaves, butter and ketchup and cook for 1-2 mins
