Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger paste - 2 tsp
  • Garlic paste -1 tsp
  • Corn flour- 5 tbsp
  • Maida - 1 tbsp
  • Fried gram powder - 1 cup
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1 pinch
  • Pepper powder - 2 pinches
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Curd- 1 cup
  • Red wine (optional) - 2 tsp
  • Egg (optional) - 1
  • Salt - 2 tsp (as per requirement)
  • Oil
  • Chopped green chilly - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Onion (sliced long) - 2
  • Chopped Tomato - 1
  • Chopped Capsicum - 1 or half
  • Chopped Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1.5 tsp

How to Make Boneless Chicken Delight

  • Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, cornflour,chilly powder,turmeric powder, garam masala, curd, pepper, salt, wine, egg. Keep in fridge for 10-20 mins (optional for better taste)
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion,tomato,capsicum one by one and saute well and keep aside.
  • Heat oil and dip the marinated chicken pieces one by one in fried gram powder and fry till golden brown.
  • Then to a saucepan add the fried vegetables and then fried chicken then add tomato sauce and soya sauce and toss well.
  • Make sure the sauce coats well over the chicken and then garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
