  • 3 cups - very fine gram flour
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 3 cardamoms, powdered
  • 1 tbsp - Raisins
  • Ghee for frying
  • How to Make Boondi ladoos:

    1. Mix the gram flour with water and make a thick batter.
    2. Make syrup - one thread consistency - out of sugar and add powdered cardamoms. Sieve the batter through a boondi jhari and fry the boondis.
    3. Add them to the syrup as you fry. While it is warm, add the fried raisins.
    4. Make round ladoos.
