Ingredients

  • 1 - coconut, grated finely
  • 275 g - rawa (semolina)
  • 275 g - sugar, powdered
  • 3 -egg
  • 30 g - butter
  • 4-5 -almonds blanched and sliced

How to Make Boros

  • Beat the whites of the eggs and 1 yolk.
  • Then add sugar, coconut, rawa and beat it some more.
  • Add butter and beat for 5 minutes.
  • Leave the mixture for 8-10 hours.
  • Make small flat balls and place an almond piece on each ball.
  • Place them in a baking tray.
  • Bake at 350 Celsius for 10 minutes.
  • Bake for 5 more mins if this is not baked fully.
