How to Make Bottle gourd Halwa

  • Remove the skin and seeds of the bottle gourd and grate it. Then fry in 2 tbsps of ghee for 10 mins.
  • Add sugar and stir for 15-20 mins.
  • Add condensed milk and stir till the mix thickens.
  • Now fry kaju and kismis in a little ghee. Add elaichi, and serve hot or cold.
