  • 1 kg - bottle gourd
  • 4-5 cups - rice flour
  • 5 - onions
  • 3 - green chillies
  • coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

How to Make Bottle Guard Snacks

  • Peel the bottle gourd and grate it. Grind the chopped onions lightly. Grind the green chilli very well
  • Add ground green chilli and onions to grated bottle gourd, and add sufficient rice flour.
  • Add salt and coriander leaves.
  • Take a wet cloth, make the vadas and fry in hot oil.
  • Serve with pickle.
  • You can make pakodi also.
