  • 100 gms - kukus
  • 2 tsp - aniseed
  • 1 - Nutmeg
  • 100 gms - Wheat
  • 100 gms - dal
  • 4 - Bay Leaves
  • How to Make Bottle Masala - for meats:

    1. Dry all the ingredients in the sun and grind to a powder.
    2. Store in a bottle.
