How to Make Bottlegourd Peel Chutney

  • Take peel of bottle gourd and wash it. Dry them on tissue and fry it in two tbsp oil. Add green chillies, moongdal, jeera (cumin).
  • Fry it for 3 to 4 minutes and grind with soaked tamarind.
  • Heat two tsp oil in kadai add minced garlic and coriander leaves to it. Add turmeric. Pour over the ground chutney.
  • This chutney tastes good with rice.
