How to Make Bow Biscuit

  • Melt the butter and powder the sugar.
  • Mix all the ingredients (melted butter, powdered sugar, cardamom, salt and maida) and add enough water to make soft dough.
  • Divide into three portions and make thick round chappati.
  • Horizontally and vertically cut one inch and make a bow size.
  • Heat the oil and keep medium flame.
  • Fry all the bows until both sides are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool and keet it in an air tight container.
  • Crispy tea time snack is ready.
