Ingredients

  • bread slices -10
  • Cloves - 5
  • oil - 2tbsp
  • tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2
  • onions(finely chopped) - 1
  • green chillies(chopped) - 2
  • Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • salt - as per taste

How to Make Bread - Upma

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add cloves. Stir.
  • Add onions and green chillies. Saute till onions becomes golden.
  • Add tomatoes ad fry till it is totally mashed. Add salt and chilli powder .
  • Finally, add crushed bread. Mix well. Add a little oil if required.
  • Serve with tea.
