Ingredients

  • 4 - bread slices
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1/2 cup - seasonal vegetables, diced
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tsp - chilli Tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 to 2 tsp - Oil to cook

How to Make Bread and Egg Mix

  • Heat 2 tsps of oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and the other vegetables.
  • Break 2 eggs into the same pan and fry well.
  • Add salt and keep stirring.
  • Cut bread into 1-inch squares and add to the eggs. Mix well.
  • Pour 1 tsp of soya sauce and 2 tsp chilli tomato sauce.
  • Gently mix for a couple of minutes on low flame.
  • Cover with a lid for about a minute to cook. Then serve.
