  • 8 nos bread slices (trim the sides)
  • ½ cup - besan
  • 1 cup - shredded Spinach
  • ½ cup - Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • ½ cup - Curd
  • 2 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • oil to fry
  • salt to taste

How to Make Bread and Palak Chakli

  • Soak bread slices in curd and crumble them nicely.
  • Add rest of all the ingredients and mix well to form a tight dough.
  • Add balls of the above dough with your hands and flatten them with your palms.
  • Deep fry in slow heat till the chaklis are golden brown.
  • Serve hot or cold.
