  • 4 slices - bread
  • 2 medium-sized - potatoes
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • green chillies
  • coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • garnishing
  • green chutney, sweet chutney, sev, onion and coriander leaves

How to Make Bread chat

  • Boil and mash the potatoes.
  • Mix the bread crumbs, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt.
  • Make it into a dough and divide it into 4 portions.
  • Spread each portion on each side of the bread and deep fry it until it is golden brown in colour.
  • Spread the tamarind chutney and green chutney on each slice.
  • Cut into cubes.
  • Serve garnished with onion, coriander and sev.
