  • 4 slices - bread
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 tbsp - ghee

How to Make Bread Egg Halwa

  • Trim the edges of the bread, mash it and keep aside.
  • Mix 1 tbsp sugar in a cup of milk. Mix 2 eggs into the milk and keep aside.
  • Put 1 tbsp ghee in a frying pan and heat. Add the mashed bread and stir till it browns.
  • Slowly add the egg - milk mixture to the pan and stir gently for up to 5 minutes. Serve hot
