Ingredients

  • 8 - Bread slices
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 - Green Chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 - Zucchini/Cucumber unskinned, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - Ginger, finely chopped
  • 4 Cloves - Garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp - Unsalted Butter
  • Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch - Turmeric powder
  • Salt, Pepper to taste

How to Make Bread Egg Omelette

  • Cut the bread slices into small pieces, put it in a bowl, add little amount of water so as to make a smooth paste of it.
  • Add all the ingredients except eggs and mix them well. Leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Then add eggs to this and mix it thoroughly.
  • Heat a frying pan and add butter, add the mixture from the bowl and cook it in low heat until it becomes golden brown on both sides. Serve it hot.
