Ingredients

  • 5 slices- bread
  • 2- onions
  • 2 cups- yogurt
  • 1/2 -coconut
  • 3 tbsp-coriander leaves, chopped

How to Make Bread Glory

  • Grate coconut. Finely chop onions and coriander. Mix to grated coconut.
  • Put this mixture aside.
  • Remove the brown edges of the bread.
  • Wet the bread with water.
  • Press the bread so that the extra water in it is drained.
  • Put the mixture in bread slice.
  • Roll it into small balls.
  • Now pour the thick beaten yogurt on to the balls.
  • Garnish with coriander.
  • Ready to serve.
