Ingredients

  • 8 bread slices (soak and squeeze out water)
  • 3 tbsp - sour Curd
  • 2 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Carrot (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup - coriander and Mint leaves
  • 2 Green chillies (slit finely)
  • pinch of cooking soda
  • a piece of Ginger
  • salt to taste

How to Make Bread Kebabs

  • In a bowl mix all the above ingredients to make a firm dough.
  • Shape into small cones and deep fry till golden brown.
