How to Make Bread Lite

  • Place 2 bread slices like sandwich and cut into a round shape with a round bowl or cutter.
  • Make sugar syrup (chashni). Cool, dip bread in sugar syrup.
  • Immediately take it out so that the bread doesn't get too soggy. Place cream between the bread slices.
  • Boil milk, add sugar, kesar and let it thicken. Cool the milk and pour over bread slices placed one above the other.
  • Colour the coconut powder and sprinkle over bread. Garnish with raisins and serve.
