Bread masala is a popular Indian snack that does not take much time to prepare. This easy snack is made from bread and a combination of spices.

  • Bread Slices-5-6
  • 1 Onion, finely sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes finely sliced
  • 1 tsp - Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Oil
  • 2-3 tsp - Salt to Taste
  • Coriander leaves - A few
  • How to Make Bread Masala:

    1. Cut the bread slices into small cubes and keep it aside.
    2. In a kadai, pour oil and heat it.
    3. Add onion and saute it.
    4. Then add tomato, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
    5. Then add bread cubes and sprinkle a little water, so that the bread and masala mix well.
    6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
