  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Milk - 1/2 liter
  • Cardamom - 2
  • Sugar free -20 gm
  • Pista - coarsely chopped
  • How to Make Bread Ras Malai:

    1. Boil the milk and add sugar free and cardamom.
    2. Boil it for 1 more minute.
    3. Bring it to the room temperature and chill it in the fridge.
    4. Cut the corners of the bread and toast it slightly.
    5. Place the toasted bread in a bowl, pour the milk on it and keep it in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours.
    6. While serving sprinkle the chopped pista and serve it chilled.
