Ingredients

  • 1 cup - grated paneer
  • 1 cup - grated cabbage
  • 1/2 cup - tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup - corn flour
  • 1/2 cup - breadcrumbs
  • 6 slices - bread
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • A pinch - asafoetida
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

How to Make Bread Rolls

  • Immerse the bread slices in water. Squeeze the water out.
  • Mix all other ingredients with bread and make it into a thick mixture. Do not add water.
  • Make thin long rolls out of the mixture and deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
