Ingredients

  • Flour - 2.5 cups
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Instant Dry yeast - 3 tsp
  • Seasoning powder - 2 tsp
  • Warm Milk - 1/2cup
  • To serve:
  • Butter
  • How to Make Bread Sticks:

    1. Prepare a soft dough with all the ingredients. Knead till smooth.
    2. Keep covered in a draft free area till dough is double in volume. Knead again.
    3. Take small portions and roll them to form tubes.
    4. Arrange on a greased baking tray.
    5. Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
    6. Bake the bread sticks for about 20 mins till crisp and golden.
