Prepare a soft dough with all the ingredients. Knead till smooth.
Keep covered in a draft free area till dough is double in volume. Knead again.
Take small portions and roll them to form tubes.
Arrange on a greased baking tray.
Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
Bake the bread sticks for about 20 mins till crisp and golden.
