Ingredients

  • 8 pieces - bread
  • 1/2 cup - besan
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 3 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp - dalda or Ghee
  • chilli powder (if required)
  • salt

How to Make Bread Toast

  • Take besan, add some water and mix well till all the lumps are removed.
  • Then, add the onions, green chillies, salt and cumin powder and mix well.
  • Then, dip the bread pieces and fry on a low flame.
  • Remove when light brown and serve.
