  • 6 slices - bread
  • 1 cup - finely sliced onion
  • 1 cup - finely sliced vegetables (carrot, cabbage, beans)
  • 1 - potato
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

How to Make Bread Vegetable Vada

  • Soak the bread slices in water. Squeeze out the water and crumble the bread.
  • Boil the potato, peel off the skin and mash the potato.
  • Mix the bread, potato and other ingredients.
  • Make small vadas of the mixture and deep fry in oil.
