Ingredients

  • 6 slices - bread
  • 1 cup - finely sliced Onion
  • 1 cup - finely sliced vegetables (carrot, cabbage, beans)
  • 1 - Potato
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry
  • How to Make Bread Vegetable Vada:

    1. Soak the bread slices in water. Squeeze out the water and crumble the bread.
    2. Boil the potato, peel off the skin and mash the potato.
    3. Mix the bread, potato and other ingredients.
    4. Make small vadas of the mixture and deep fry in oil.
